Job Description

Job Summary: The Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.

Pay Rate: $16.00

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Chester, VA

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attaching plastic handles onto items.
• Work with conveyor belts.
• Collecting items.
• Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Regularly checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
