Intermediate Interior Designer

Join our dynamic team and bring your passion for design to life! As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you'll collaborate with senior designers to create inspiring spaces that exceed client expectations. You’ll contribute to all design phases, from concept development to construction administration, while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on design concepts and integrate architectural design.
• Develop and produce detailed construction documents and revisions.
• Conduct space planning and programming analysis to optimize design.
• Create engaging presentation materials to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with project partners, including contractors and vendors.
• Select and specify finishes and furnishings, ensuring design integrity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff.
• Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittal and RFI reviews.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited program.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and visual presentation skills.
• Desire to obtain or already possess NCIDQ certification.
