Requirements:
- - We prefer an Associates or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
- You should be able to present complex data in meaningful methods, such as charts and graphs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities are crucial.
- We require a minimum of 3+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years within healthcare, business, or information systems.
- You should be capable of solving moderate incidents without direction and developing new functionality for requests with little guidance.
- Collaboration with team members while sharing information and assisting junior-level colleagues is expected.
- Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise are necessary.
- You will make decisions regarding your work primarily on routine cases and work under minimal supervision, using independent judgment that requires analysis of variable factors.
- Collaborating with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions is encouraged.
- Mentoring and training of team members within your functional or application area is a plus.
- Associated certifications in your area of focus are preferred.
- For Epic Analysts: Certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module is required and must be obtained within 6 months of your employment date. Certifications must remain current by maintaining new version training.
Responsibilities:
- - I will analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
- Collaborating across project borders with other teams, I will think outside the box and propose practical solutions to issues while providing oversight and project management for assigned tasks.
- I will demonstrate a solid/working level of subject matter expertise in providing support to projects, customers, and other teams, proactively working to improve and acquire new expertise in the applications/systems in assigned areas.
- I will maintain thorough knowledge and a strong understanding of operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer usability, efficiency, and experience.
- Serving as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal information technology, system users, and vendors, I will work within defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution.
- I will follow strict change management processes to ensure proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes, maintaining high standards for the quality of work for myself and others.
- I will manage medium complexity projects/requests, collaborating with team members as needed, and will proactively evaluate all new releases and functionalities of applications.
- Assisting in preparing and conducting formal or informal training sessions for users and coworkers is part of my duties.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests independently, maintaining high quality in my work and providing feedback on team member designs and configurations.
- Regularly reviewing and correcting my skills, habits, work ethic, and behaviors will help me maintain effective working relationships and environments.
