Job Description

Salary 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year

Requirements:

- We prefer candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree focused on healthcare, business, or information systems. You should be able to present complex data in meaningful ways, such as charts and graphs, and have the ability to adjust to and implement change. Problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as a team member. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Excellent customer service skills and highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish working relationships that foster optimal quality teamwork and education. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities are important. We expect a minimum of 3+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in healthcare, business, or information systems. You should be capable of solving moderate incidents and developing new functionality for requests with minimal direction. Your work should reflect independent judgment, and you should be able to mentor and train junior team members. Associated certifications in your area of focus are preferred. For Epic Analysts, being certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module within six months of employment is a requirement, along with maintaining current certifications.

Responsibilities:

- In this role, you will analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. You will collaborate across projects with other teams, thinking outside the box and proposing practical solutions to issues. Your subject matter expertise will be vital in providing support to projects and customers while proactively improving and obtaining new knowledge. You will need a thorough understanding of operations, allowing you to identify opportunities to enhance customer usability and experience. Representing user needs in larger system updates and enhancements, you will be responsible for clear communication with stakeholders. Documenting processes and performing gap analysis will be among your key tasks, alongside building relationships with end-users and operational leaders. You will ensure alignment with best practice workflows and collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure-related issues. Maintaining high standards for the quality of work, you will manage medium complexity projects, provide oversight and mentorship to team members, and proactively troubleshoot incidents and requests.
