Position: Remote Appfolio Bookkeeper

We're excited to welcome an experienced Appfolio Bookkeeper to our growing team! If you have a strong background in property management and experience using Appfolio Software, we'd love to hear from you. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity, and we're looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join us in managing a variety of bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Appfolio Accounting Support: Analyze and resolve a wide range of accounting issues within Appfolio Software for property management clients.
Owner Statements & Bank Reconciliations: Review and troubleshoot owner statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger issues to ensure accurate financial records.
Client Communication: Regularly interact with clients to address questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with bookkeeping services.
Task Management: Efficiently complete tasks for multiple clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met in a timely manner.
Remote Work: This is a fully remote position, requiring someone who thrives in a flexible, self-managed work environment.
Qualifications:
Appfolio Experience: Proven experience using Appfolio Software is a must.
Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong ability to assess accounting issues and resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Slack, Gmail, Asana, and the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Multi-Tasking Skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks and clients simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
