We're seeking an experienced Aerospace Chief Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge aerospace products and systems. This is a leadership role with hands-on involvement in mechanical and electromechanical design , focused on compliance, innovation, and performance in a FAA Part 145 environment.
As the Aerospace Chief Engineer, you will guide engineering teams, lead high-impact projects, and ensure excellence in the fabrication, application, and testing of aerospace components. 3+ years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Proven leadership as an Engineering Lead, Supervisor, or Manager .
Experience working with FAA Part 145 regulations.
Strong knowledge of brazing, metrology, and telemetry .
Proficiency in 3D modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
Hands-on experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Client-facing engineering experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
