This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Clerk who will perform data entry and administrative support tasks from a remote workspace. This remote-friendly role allows you to work from home while ensuring our records and processes are accurate, efficient, and up to date. You’ll collaborate with team members virtually and manage vital data in a remote environment.
Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks from your remote workspace, including inputting data, updating records, and managing digital filing.
Review data and documents for errors, inconsistencies or omissions, and make corrections while working remotely.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data-privacy protocols in a remote work environment.
Support remote administrative workflows, such as scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and digital record-keeping.
Collaborate virtually with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and support remote operations.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals while working remotely.
Assist with process improvements that streamline remote administrative and data-entry procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy—especially in a remote work environment.
Comfortable working from home in a remote setting with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Proficient with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) or equivalent tools.
Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.
Competitive hourly rate of $27–35 per hour .
