*IHOP is HIRING NOW*

Position is 90+% remote based out of our office at 13650 NW 8th Street, Suite 103, Sunrise, FL 33325. Candidates must reside in tri-county area of Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, or Broward.

This position is responsible for the processing of all incoming invoices related to the operations of all company stores. The AP representative is charged with the responsibility of accurately coding, entering and processing invoices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle the full A/P process within a high volume environment
2. Maintain clear and complete vendor files
3. Research and resolve vendor inquiries
4. Code, track, and batch invoices for processing
5. Assist in month-end close, as needed
6. General ledger posting
7. Assist with Bank reconciliations
8. Investigate and resolve credit card chargebacks
9. Filing and perform other functions as assigned

Requirements

1. 2-3 years experience performing the above functions or administrative duties 
2. High School degree or equivalent
3. Moderate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office and general accounting software
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
5. Candidate must have solid work ethic and the ability to prioritize duties to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
