ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for a State Farm Agent team, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and contribute to the success of our customers. Your focus will be on building meaningful client relationships and acting as a bridge between customer needs and our agency's services. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you will enhance the lives of our customers and help our agency thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and nurture client relationships to promote retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues with care and efficiency.
Utilize your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations.
Prior experience working in a State Farm office is required.
