Position: Graphic Designer

Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and editing content, supporting media and advertising content, designing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and managing the content calendar. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality visual assets while maintaining consistency across all our digital channels. This is a full-time, remote position based in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities:
Create and Edit Content: Design and produce compelling visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Support for Media and Advertising Content: Assist in creating advertising assets for digital campaigns, including banner ads, social media visuals, and promotional graphics.
Design for Meta Ads: Develop eye-catching, on-brand ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
Content Calendar Creation: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content creation.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and contribute to a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all channels.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring creative ideas to life, while staying flexible and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across web, social media, and digital advertising.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience with designing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and familiarity with platform-specific design guidelines.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality output.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for design and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
