Position: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full time - Remote

Work hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and editing content, supporting media and advertising content, designing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and managing the content calendar. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality visual assets while maintaining consistency across all our digital channels. This is a full-time, remote position based in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Create and Edit Content: Design and produce compelling visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.

• Support for Media and Advertising Content: Assist in creating advertising assets for digital campaigns, including banner ads, social media visuals, and promotional graphics.

• Design for Meta Ads: Develop eye-catching, on-brand ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms to drive engagement and conversions.

• Content Calendar Creation: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content creation.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and contribute to a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all channels.

• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring creative ideas to life, while staying flexible and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across web, social media, and digital advertising.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Experience with designing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and familiarity with platform-specific design guidelines.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality output.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A passion for design and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
