Grad Dates : December 2025 & May 2026 grads
Location : Miami, FL (Port of Miami office)
Format : In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's
Program Dates : June 2nd – August 8th, 2025

Team Overview:
The Revenue Management team maximizes revenue through pricing and inventory management. We constantly raise and lower pricing for our cruises depending on the level of demand for particular products. We sort through vast amounts of data to make our business decisions.

Internship Overview:

• Supporting 1 -2 projects related to various sailing/pricing management topics. For example, analyzing how much of a revenue benefit Charters or large incentive groups provide.

Qualifications : 

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Data / Business Analytics;MBA (with experience);
• Must be willing to work in South Florida offices from June 2rd – August 8th, 2025
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred, and proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• High level of critical thinking
• Ability to be adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to think strategically, while managing the details
• Ability to apply project management skills to support short term assignments
• Skills using all Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, agendas, and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
